Dear Members of the Air League of Monaco, Happy New Year to you and your loved ones! We would like to start 2025 by highlighting an honour bestowed on our founder the late Christ Foyle OBE DL. |
On December 18, 2024, Cathy Foyle, widow of Christopher Foyle OBE DL, accepted the OBE on his behalf from HRH King Charles III during a ceremony at the Palace. The award recognizes Christopher’s extraordinary contributions and achievements throughout his life. Cathy also expressed her gratitude for the ongoing work of the Air League of Monaco, founded by Christopher in 2013 to support young aviation enthusiasts. She acknowledged Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou and the organization’s members for their dedication to continuing and expanding Christopher’s vision, ensuring young people passionate about aviation can pursue their dreams.
